Business Changes Amidst COVID-19 Outbreak

By Kris Hershberger

Update 5-9-2020:

Our offices are officially open! You can walk right into our model homes, and you no longer need to schedule an appointment to talk with a salesperson. To keep you safe and healthy moving forward, we will sanitize our homes multiple times a day, limit the number of people in our offices, and practice proper social distancing. Come in to start your home buying journey!

Update 5-4-2020:

Now that Governor Justice is moving forward with a plan to reopen the state, we have decided to reopen our model homes.

Our homes are now unlocked, and you do not have to make an appointment to tour the homes. Just walk in.

However, our offices will remain locked. If you want to meet with a salesperson about any of our homes, please schedule an appointment. You can find our offices' phone numbers here.

To our valued customers:

Due to the current Coronavirus outbreak, we are implementing the following plan to do our part to protect our people, our customers, and our community.

  1. All model homes will remain locked and closed for general viewing at this time. However, our new website has just been launched and all homes are ready to view safely online at
  2. All sales people will still be working hard from their office to serve you by phone, email, video chat, and through our website. However, our sales centers will not be open for face to face interaction at this time.
  3. Our service department will remain staffed for emergencies and as always there will be someone to handle your phone calls and emails to address any of your concerns or questions.
  4. Our production teams will continue to deliver and set our customer's new homes as they become ready so as to have as little interruption as possible.

We wish everyone well and appreciate the opportunity to serve you!
